Day 19

How are you doing with your fast so far? Are you praying during your fast? What the world needs is a people of God who will walk in the anointing and power of the Holy Spirit... Power and anointing that pulls down strongholds and sets captives free! Oh come on somebody!
This is why we have declared a spiritual fast in our life at the start of the year. The Bible declares that the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in his way (Ps.37:23). I believe God is going to establish who He is in your life again, afresh, and anew! The victory that Jesus won against the devil when He fasted forty days established a pattern for you and me to follow. Perhaps you have fasted and have seen God bless you and do mighty things in your life. Remember, fasting gets you in a position to receive personal blessing and guidance for your life, and also for God to use you to reach others with His power. Fasting is a choice. Use it to draw near to God today. It's not too late. Just jump right in with me. I've not eaten much in 19 days... It's a sacrifice... But worth the blessing in the end. I'm fasting to bring my body under submission, and you can too.
