Testimony of God's Goodness.

I felt impressed of the Lord to send my friends $100.00 love offering, here is their testimony of what the money meant to them. I hope this encourages you to give in 2009. Make some things happen for others.



First of all, a heart-felt "THANK YOU" for your gift, which arrived yesterday in the mail. What a blessing the Hightshoe Family is - - to us and to many others...Thank you from the bottom of our hearts...We love you for it...Now for the testimony, and I pray a blessing on you and us: I am forwarding a note from our son Mitch, with an "update on 'Lonni and Rae"...They are a couple that were very good to our son when he was going through a really rough time about two years ago (his finances, bitter divorce, etc.). Mitch works(ed) with Lonni at his company. They gave him groceries, took him to dinner, prayed with him...they were there for him when he really needed someone...My wife and I have always been grateful for how they helped Mitch out...Then Lonni got cancer...Now they are the 'ones-in-need'...Yesterday morning, before your letter arrived, my wife was (during her prayer time 'in the Spirit') impressed in her heart to send them $100.00...But, with finances being tough for us, she wondered how this was going to happen...or if it should happen. Then your letter arrived with your love gift...Well, we plan on sending the $100.00 on to these folks and will share the blessing of your gift...I know that it is the right thing to do and I wanted to inform you right away how you have blessed us and others (we will share this testimony and story of your love gift with our son Mitch, too...he is 'fragile' spiritually right now and this will undoubtedly be an encouragement to him, too...)
